Hi, I’m Caite.

I help people tell stories.

Here’s a little bit about me.

I come from two small business owners. My mom, an avid antiques collector and all-around creative genius, ran a vintage store on Main Street while my stepdad, a master goldsmith, set up shop in the back. (If you count Bronson’s, the restaurant I ran in the playroom behind both of those, I guess you could say I was a bit of an entrepreneur myself.)

I can remember the day the local paper came to cover them: They sat together on a red velvet Victorian sofa and answered each of the reporter’s questions, nervous to seem too eager. The day the piece came out, you’d have thought they made The Times. It was truly exciting—and the local publicity was great for business.

It made an impression on me, one that I’ve carried with me for 16 years as I’ve told people’s stories in newspapers, magazines, books, and online. I love being the link between creatives and a curious audience. And I love helping people find and develop unconventional approaches to promoting what they’re passionate about. Get in touch and we’ll come up with a way to share what you’ve created.

I told the story of a
300-year-old estate.

After nearly three centuries in the same family line, the Dunlora estate was acquired by a local development company. To honor its history (and build a connection to it for future residents), I researched and wrote its history in this 56-page book.
